“We Build Ships” (2017)

“My hometown is known for Perdue chickens, microwave filters and TV dinners. But it is its shipbuilding operation that is the most noticeable and impressive. For three decades, Salisburians have designed and built a fleet of tugboats, ferries and cruise ships. Once a vessel is complete, folks line the shore to witness its maiden voyage down the Wicomico River. It’s very cool and unique, and something of which we are very proud.” — Erick Sahler
